Motorcycle Sidecars

Sidecars are on the way back. Years ago the streets were crowded with them, then one day, like the dinosaurs, they all vanished. Why was this? Some say it was a giant guinea pig from outer space that ate them, but what seems more likely is that nobody made motorcycle sidecars that were very cool. Luckily, Motopodd have saved the world and they make really quite exceptionally cool sidecars, which are lightly coated in a tabasco flavoured paint, which Guinea pigs hate, just in case!

Motopodd developed these really cool sidecars which are made without the use of any tractor or horse-cart components, during this century. This is quite different to some other sidecar manufacturers who, to this day, employ hobbits to build their motorcycle sidecars using recycled coachbuilt prams and chicken coops.

They have discovered that whilst many people would like to enjoy the many benefits of sidecar ownership, they do not want to ruin their beautiful, modern motorcycle, by strapping an ugly cabin to the side of it. That's without the added problems brought about by the giant space guinea pig.

Motopodd do not recommend coating your existing sidecar in Tabasco sauce, as it may not be structurally sound enough. If you have any concerns regarding guinea pigs, tabasco sauce or sidecars, please contact us today!

Actually looking at the photos I have to say they are a lot better looking than some of the previous models, I don't know that I would like to stick one on the side of my bike but I'm sure there are a lot of riders that might, and if the bike comes with it even better. I think some of the older models made better shopping baskets than pillion rider comfort zones.
